Natural Stone Product Design, Manufacture & Supply

We create beautiful, bespoke marble, granite, quartz, slate and limestone products, including kitchen worktops, sinks, bathroom fittings, tiles, fire surrounds and more.  As well as designing, manufacturing and supplying natural stone products, we also provide a repair and maintenance service, restoring stone back to it’s original condition. 

01. Kitchens

We supply bespoke kitchen products using natural stone and glass materials. We manufacture granite, quartz and corian worktops at our Surrey workshop, cutting ethically sourced stone on CNC axel machines to precise specifications.

Granite is our hardest natural stone product, producing wonderful patterns that can be used in the manufacture of countertops, wall tiles and floor tiles. Quartz is sophisticated, hardwearing and can used within any kitchen environment.

Our kitchen worktops are non-porous, resistant to scratching and require very little maintenance. We are one of the very few companies in Surrey to specialise in corian worktops, a solid surface product with complete design flexibility.

For busy kitchen spaces where style is just as important at practicality, we can supply coloured glass splashbacks custom-made in a complete range of colours. Splashbacks are highly resistant to heat, making them ideal for installation behind cookers and ranges.

DN Marble can install kitchen worktops and splashbacks in our home county of Surrey and throughout the wider London, Kent and the South East of England areas.

02. Bathrooms

We supply and install natural stone bathroom products for property owners in London, Surrey, Kent and the South East of England. Our company can custom-manufacture bathrooms and worktops using marble, quartz or granite.

All products are created to bespoke specifications. We have our own designers, engineers and fitters who undertake full bathroom installation projects in-house. Worktops are manufactured using computer-controlled machinery, resulting in accurate finishes.

Marble, quartz and granite bathroom worktops are made in a wide range of profiles and edges for our domestic and commercial clients. We also manufacture wall and floor tiles at our Surrey workshop in a variety of sizes and stones.

03. Coloured Glass Splashbacks

Custom fit, coloured glass splashbacks for a decorative, protective feature inside residences, commercial washrooms, restaurants, public houses and any other environment where style and durability matter.

A full colour range is available and all glass splashbacks are precision engineered at our New Addington workshop. The materials used for our splashbacks are durable, scratch-resistant and impervious to heat from hobs and cookers.

04. Flooring

Stylish flooring with natural Stone tiles in marble, quartz, granite, limestone, travertine and sandstone. DN Marble deliver full in-house services, helping clients with stone selection, choosing the right design and taking measurements.

We create templates, manufacture natural stone tiles and perform the final installation. Our products are suitable for interior or exterior use and can be applied to any prepared flooring surface in London, Surrey, Kent and the South East.

We can manufacture natural stone tiles in square, rectangular or strip configurations. Homeowners can visit our showroom in Croydon to view displays and samples of the different tiles manufactured at our fully equipped Surrey workshop.

Many of our customers choose natural stone tiles as an investment. To ensure the appearance and value of our tiles are preserved, DN Marble offers advice on waterproofing and substrate preparation.

We can integrate underfloor heating installations beneath our floor tiles. DN Marble of Surrey custom-manufacture flooring using water-jetting techniques to create fine detailing in the final design of our marble and natural stone inlay products.

05. Glass

Quality glassware supplied and installed by our time-served, professional tradesmen.

We can design a wide range of attractive products including frameless glass shower surrounds, frameless shower enclosures and bespoke shower doors.

Every piece of glass that we supply is custom-manufactured to exact specifications. DN Marble can also supply fixtures and fittings that provide complete design freedom.

During manufacture, we are attentive and take great care to ensure chosen glass products turn any current bathroom space into a stunning oasis.

06. Bespoke

We offer a complete bespoke product range . Our advanced machinery cuts marble, quartz, granite, slate and limestone to exact dimensions. We use modern cutting and processing systems to create fireplace surrounds, statues and plaques.

Natural stone fireplace surrounds can be custom-manufactured to match the existing design theme of any property. We can create anything from a grand baronial fireplace in granite to a minimalist or contemporary room feature in elegant quartz.

Our ability to handcraft marble, quartz, granite and all other natural stones presents unique design opportunities for clients in Surrey and the South East. All of our pieces are created using one-off designs that are truly original.

07. Repair & Maintenance

We will always advise you on the best methods for keeping marble, granite and quartz installations in excellent condition. Unfortunately, accidents sometimes happen and when they do, we can provide a full range of natural stone maintenance and repair services that restore products back to their original condition.

In addition to being natural stone suppliers, we also have our own skilled tradesmen with many years of experience in the natural stone industry. This enables us to perform repairs on any marble, granite, quartz, limestone or slate product even if the original installation was undertaken by another company.
